The hotel provides excellent location, very close to attractions like the Guggenheim and local restaurants. My room offered a comfortable bed, ample plugs, and good shower pressure. The breakfast spread impressed, with many choices, though a bit on the pricey side. Friendly reception staff made check-in simple. The pool was quite small, and WiFi connectivity in my room dropped frequently. Parking was convenient but tight, especially for larger vehicles. Experienced some noise from the lobby area, which could be bothersome at times.

We greatly enjoyed being here. Everything was very good, incredible location close enough to the metro, knowledgeable staff. The room we booked was modern with toilet with proper grab handles, gourmet teas, for example, overall the experience was comfortable. Having a hair dryer, a bidet and terry dressing gowns was a bonus...

The breakfast buffet was a culinary treasure trove-I'm still dreaming of those fruit salads! The rooms were spacious and comfy, with a lovely layout. Plus, the bar area was a stylish spot to unwind.

Little things, like the absence of slippers and a toilet brush, were a tad annoying. That bed cover was tucked under the mattress so snugly. I had a mini workout trying to pull it out before sleeping! But honestly, the stay was still stellar.
